SHIPMENT & DELIVERY POLICY

NZ Wide flat rate shipping $5 per order

Deliveries will be made to the address provided with the details at time of order. The address must be accessible & safe for the courier company to deliver and drop off. Should the courier company decide not to leave the goods as deemed not safe or no one at home to accept and sign for the goods, a note will be left at the address for collection point of the goods at an alternative address, likely to be the Courier’s local office depot.

We are unable to deliver to Post Office Box numbers. Please supply
a physical address for all orders.

If you request goods to be left in a specific location at your home in
your absence, this gives permission for the courier to leave the delivery
without a signature.
 

Deliveries will normally take 3-4 working days for South Island deliveries and 3-5 for North Island deliveries. Delivery times for Rural delivery cannot be easily determined due to some remote areas of RD addresses. We will not be held liable for delays in delivery whether the delay has been caused beyond the Company’s control or not.

Some delays may also occur around the Christmas period due to the heavy volume of freight moving around NZ. If time is critical, please order early to avoid freight delays.

Our products have a best before date of 2 years from production -unopened. Upon opening, products should be stored and used as stated on the label. Once the goods are opened and in your possession we cannot be responsible for any fault with the products because their care is out of our control.

However, if we agree with the customer that the product(s) were delivered in a damaged or not fit for use / spoiled condition, the Company will either refund the purchase price of the said products in question or replace the product, at no additional cost to you.
