Shipping Policy

Orders are organised and shipped on Tuesdays, weekly.

This is to avoid product sitting chilled over the weekend.

Items are sent via NZ Post Courier Tracked unless requested otherwise.

Refund Policy

If a product arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition as proved by dated photographic evidence, we will offer either a replacement or refund.
